Pinnacle Life Science has signed a strategic partnership agreement with ADCAN Pharma, a leading UAE based pharmaceutical manufacturer and the country’s first producer of oncology and hormone products. Under this agreement, Pinnacle will license 12 oncology products to ADCAN, followed by a staged technology transfer to support local manufacturing in the UAE.
The signing ceremony took place at ADCAN’s manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi, attended by leadership from both companies along with representatives from the Emirates Drug Establishment and the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi.
Vishwa Savla, CEO of Pinnacle Life Science, said the partnership reflects a shared goal of making high quality, affordable oncology therapies more accessible across the UAE and wider Middle East. The initial phase will see both companies jointly launch 12 key oncology products, combining ADCAN’s regional market strength with Pinnacle’s integrated manufacturing platform and US FDA approved standards. A structured technology transfer will follow.
The collaboration supports UAE national initiatives around pharmaceutical self-sufficiency and supply chain resilience, and strengthens Pinnacle’s growing footprint in international oncology partnerships.
