A specialist in negotiation processes with foreign suppliers, as well as in the coordination of the sanitary registry process, commercial and marketing strategies, with deep knowledge of the Chilean and international pharmaceutical market.
With more than 30 years of experience in in national and multinational pharmaceutical companies like Bayer, Andromaco-Grünenthal and Eurofarma, Juan is the Founder of Four Pharma, a company that provides pharmaceutical field solutions in the search for suppliers of finished products and raw materials.
Richie Gandhi
-VP: International Business Development and Strategic Alliance
With a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston University, Richie Gandhi leads our organisation as the Vice President of International Business Development and Strategic Alliance.
Having over 10 years of experience working in some of the most highly renowned pharmaceutical organisations like Sanofi, Dr. Reddy’s etc. Richie has extensive experience in corporate strategy, project management in international markets and plays a vital role at Pinnacle Life Science.
Dr. Vinay Nayak

Dr. Nayak is a highly distinguished pharmaceutical professional having acquired a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Ruia college, under the Guidance of Dr RT Sane and has over 35 years of work experience in organisations such as Cipla, Lupin, Watson, Alembic & Emcure.
Specialised in the fields of Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Dr. Nayak leads our team as an Independent Director at Aarti Industries.

Shri Harshit M. Savla is the Non-executive Director of the Company. He is associated with the Company since 2014. He is a Commerce Graduate having more than 35 years of experience in Finance, Export and Administration. He also serves as the Joint Managing Director of the Holding Company, Aarti Drugs Limited. He played a crucial role in expanding the Formulation business of the Company.
Shri Harit P. Shah
Non-executive Director
Shri Harit P. Shah is the Non-executive Director of the Company. He is associated with the Company since 2014. He is a Commerce Graduate and has experience of more than 35 years in the handling commercial functions encompassing Sales, Purchases and Exports. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Holding Company, Aarti Drugs Limited and looks after local sales and exports as well. He has in-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry.
Shri Adhish P. Patil
Non-executive Director
Shri Adhish P. Patil is the Non-executive Director of the Company. He is associated with the Company since 2014. He is a proven leader with eighteen years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Investor Relations, Regulatory Compliance, Consulting, Systems Engineering and Information Technology for the Pharmaceutical and Consulting industries. He has a Bachelor of Engineering (IT) degree from Mumbai University. He is a gold medalist from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration with an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He was named to the coveted ‘Top 100 CFOs India 2014’ list. He has managed production efficiencies, projects, financial operations, ERP implementation, automations for regulatory compliances for a publicly traded pharmaceutical Company. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer at Holding Company, Aarti Drugs Limited.

Aarti Industries is an emerging global partner to leading consumers of speciality chemicals and intermediates. Chemicals manufactured by them are used in the production of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, polymers, additives, surfactants, pigments, dyes etc.
